During last term’s meeting, our School Council asked questions about Torfield’s logo and why it was chosen. So for this term’s meeting we visited Rock-a-Nore to spot the real life features which appear on our logo and to talk about why they are important to Hastings.
One of our pupils noticed that our logo includes fish and so we visited Rock-a-Nore Fisheries to find out about the different species which are landed on Hastings’ beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all the School Council’s questions
We hope that today’s visit will help our School Council explain to their classmates all the important parts of our school’s logo.
